Excuses gives us permission to settle for less than God best. It's easy to find an excuse than to find a solution. I once met a friend who came for counselling and after series of counsel and advise, he just kept bringing up one excuse after another why he must keep many females to relief himself of his wife's pressure. You may say I can't break this drinking or smoking addiction, everyone has it, it's in my gene. Yes, your own addictions may be in your gene but the truth is you can turn off those genes. You have the power to overcome addictions but the only way its' going to happen is if you get rid of the Excuses. As long as you are blaming the past, blaming the traffic, blaming the government or blaming your neighbour then you are going to get stock.
Am asking you to throw out the excuses. It may be a valid excuse, it wasn't fair, you went thru a betrayal, a sickness, a disappointment but you will need to draw a line on the sand and say I refuse to live my life with a chip on my shoulder, angry, upset, with no passion. If you will get rid of all the excuses God will be your vindicator, God will pay you back for the unfair things. This is your year, your month, your week and your day to step up into a new level and to see God Favour in a new way.
Now have this attitude NO MORE EXCUSES. NO EXCUSES TO BE UNHAPPY. THIS DAY IS A GIFT FROM GOD AND AM GOING TO ENJOY IT. NO EXCUSES TO SETTLE FOR MEDIOCRITY, TO GIVE UP ON MY DREAMS COS NOW AM PURSUING MY GOALS. NO EXCUSES GOING AROUND FEELING INFERIOR COS I KNOW WHO I AM, I AM A CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD.
Quit comparing yourself and start running your own race. You have been anointed to be you. Nobody can beat you except the you in you. You are fully loaded totally equipped. You uniquely designed for the race that have been laid down for you. So get rid of all those Excuses as you have been fearfully and wonderfully made. Step up to who you are created to be. Quit that Excuse today
