What is Tithe?
Tithe is the
10% of our increase and income. One of the cheapest ways to understands mathematical
problem is to understand the examples. Therefore, check through the Word of God
you have to search for the examples of those that tithe to solve your financial
hardship and your financial problems.
Tithing is
the gateway to our wealthy place in Christ. Gal
3:13-14 said “Christ hath redeemed us from the
curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 , as redemption connects us to the Abrahamic
order of blessing. Gen 24:1 “And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD
had blessed Abraham in all things”. You are a seed of Abraham,
so you are ordained a global citizen. Jacob
tithe his way into prosperity. He vowed in Genesis
28:22 “And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God's house: and
of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee”.
Even God believed
Abraham that he shall command his children to live the way he lives, to act the
way he acts. Genesis 18:19 “For I know him, that he will command
his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the
LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that
which he hath spoken of him”.
Financial breakthrough
is God’s own covenant not pastors covenant. Do what it takes to receive what
you desire. Tithe joyfully, happily and cheerfully. Who could have thought
Sarah will give suck to a child. Financial fortunes are real. I pray for you
now that it shall be said of you, that you are not poor at all in Jesus Christ

We all came poor to Jesus and He makes us rich. God those not need your tithe. Our God is too big to depend on you or me. Your tithe is not doing God a favour, your favour is of the Lord. Stop giving and you will be surprise that God’s Ministry will grow more.
The funniest thing
that baffles me is that, many that don’t tithe always have one reason or another
to exempt themselves from Tithing. Some will say it is an old covenant/law not
a new covenant/law. They forgot what Paul said about the Word in 2 Tim 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,
for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”
Have interest in Tithe:
Never allow
the world change your mind, change your thoughts, change your heart and change
your style. The Word said in Gal 3:29 “And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed,
and heirs according to the promise”. If you are Abraham’s seed,
you begin to do what Abraham did. He tithe his way and also tithe his company’s
way into financial prosperity.
Tithe is just
like a mastery key to a world of fulfilment. Philippians 4:15-16 “Now ye Philippians know also, that in
the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church
communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once
and again unto my necessity”.
The giving covenant
provides life at its best. God never forces things on any man in His Kingdom. In
Matthew 6:33, Jesus said ...” But seek ye first the kingdom of God,
and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”.
Walking in
the reality of the mystery of tithing which are God’s blessings are
conditional. Only “IF” you are interested; in Revelation 3:20, Jesus said “Behold, I stand at the door, and
knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and
will sup with him, and he with me. Also, in Deuteronomy 28:1-13, God also gave commandments on “IF”, IF you
will diligently harken to the voice of
God and do all that He has commanded you this day.
God has
already laid the covenant before you and me. He has laid it before us to choose
which one we think is the best. God will never force you to pay your tithe, but
I say to you that it pays to willingly choose to pay without grudge and
murmuring. Deut 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record
this day against you, that I have set before you life and death,
blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may
live:
We lived in a
world of “WHOSOEVER”. It is whosoever kingdom. It is not a generalistic kingdom
where things happened to everybody anyhow. Joshua said in the bible in Joshua 24:15 “And if it seem evil unto you to serve
the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your
fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or
the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we
will serve the LORD”.
This is a
world that you decide what you want from the Word. The amount of the Word knowledge
you acquire will determine the level of how you have developed. The amount of your
understanding in the Word, determine the level of how high you can fly. The Word
of It is said in the Word in the book of Luke
16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the
kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
Every man presses
into it; whatever you press for in the Word, determine what you come back with.
When you press into how Abraham your father pressed into prosperity, you will
also press and have same testimonies.
God is not a
partial God, if any of His Children has been tithing by following the divine scriptural
instructions, you and I can never been exempted.
Please don’t
ever carry the mentality of some are ordained to be rich while others are
ordained to be poor. Every redeemed is redeemed to reign and to live above all
things. Every cross your supposed to carry is the cross of obedience and not
disobedient. Deut 8:18 “But thou shalt remember the LORD thy
God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get
wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day”.
No more curses:
Malachi 3:8-9, “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have
robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.
9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have
robbed me, even this whole nation”.
Tithing
rescues us from the curse of the Lord and brings us under His open heaven. I
pray for someone reading this now, that in your life time, nothing good shall
go down anymore in Jesus Christ name. You will never experience a set back
again in your life in Jesus Christ name. This is the law that launches us into
in-explainable financial fortunes.
Job 22:22-27 “Receive, I pray thee, the law from
his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. 23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou
shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust,
and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy
defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver. 26 For then shalt thou have thy delight
in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God. 27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him,
and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows”.
Abraham was
blessed with a sworn blessing because he brought the tight of all. As he sows
the tight, the blessing was unleashed on his life. When we get off tithing, we
get off God’s financial fortunes. Financial fortunes are impossible without
tithing. Your tithe is God’s portion of your increase and income that guarantee
the continuous flow of God blessing in your life. Lev 27:30-31 “ And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD. 31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto
the fifth part thereof”.
Deut 14:22 “Thou shalt truly tithe all the
increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year”. Tithing is a covenant without end. You
won’t lack what to eat because the blessing is beyond what you can take. Tithing
is the law that launches us into the realm of financial fortunes.
2 Cor 8:9 “For ye know the grace of our Lord
Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that
ye through his poverty might be rich.
Redemption makes
rich. Those who choose to obey are rich. It provides access to a wealthy place
in Christ and that is where you and I belong.
In anywhere
you worship or serve God, please pay your Tithe to God and not to man. Have the
mind of Abraham to overcome any financial down cast in your life.
